Sophia created the issue PLA-36. She has received email notifications after the issue creation and each time the issue was transitioned, commented or updated. But once the issue PLA-36 was transitioned to the “WAITING APPROVAL” status, Sophia stopped receiving email notifications, while other issue watchers continue to receive email notifications. The project “PLA” is a company-managed project created from a Kanban template and is using a default Notification scheme. And the project configuration has not changed after Sophia created the issue PLA-36. Identify which configuration is responsible for Sophia’s problem.
