Peter created a security group and an instance with Terraform to host an internal application listening on port 80. After an update, the application now listens on port 80 as well as port 443; as a result, his supervisor has requested that he adjust security group rules to allow connections on both ports. Peter changed the Terraform configuration to allow both ports and went for a coffee break. In the meantime, someone manually updated the security group with the 443 port on the console. What will happen if Peter uses the terraform apply command when he returns?
