Conor is working on the Consul and accidentally shut down too many nodes at once, causing the cluster to go down because it could not maintain a quorum. Before any additional changes are made, you want to take a snapshot to be sure all recent changes are accounted for and can be easily restored. However, when you run the command consul snapshot save emergency.snap , the command fails since there is no cluster leader. How can you still obtain a Consul-based snapshot to use for recovery?
