Azure provides prebuilt receipts and invoices in the Azure AI Document Intelligence service. However, you can create custom models using Azure AI Document Intelligence to extract data specific to your business from the forms. You can then use these models in your enrichment pipeline's custom skill interface. To create, use, and manage your custom model in Azure AI Document Intelligence, place the below steps in the correct order of execution: 1. Manage your custom models. 2. Use the Azure Blob container to upload training data. 3. Establish your training dataset. 4. Train the model. 5. Test the model using a dataset not used in training.
