A telecommunication company has a gigantic database containing some features of their customers including but not limited to “contract_type”, “gender”, “location”, “monthly_charges”. The company lately suffered from massive losses due to customers leaving the company. They want to build a model to predict if a customer will churn in the future so as to provide him/her with incentives.
