The correct options are On the Checks tab of the pull request, From the Actions tab of the repository, and On the pull request page before it is merged.

The Checks tab of the pull request shows the runs triggered by that pull request and provides a clear pass or fail summary with logs and annotations. This is the most direct place to inspect the exact runs associated with the pull request.

The repository Actions tab lists all workflow runs across the repository and lets you filter by event, branch, or workflow so you can find the run for the pull request and compare it with other activity.

On the pull request page before it is merged you can see the status checks summary at the top of the conversation which gives a quick view of pending, successful, or failing checks without leaving the pull request.

On the Issues tab of the repository is incorrect because the Issues area is for tracking issues and discussions and it does not present the status of workflow runs.
