replicaCount is not a valid field in a Kubernetes NetworkPolicy manifest because NetworkPolicy objects describe which traffic is allowed to and from selected pods and they do not include workload scaling parameters. Replica counts belong to workload controllers such as Deployments or ReplicaSets and not to network policy resources.

podSelector is valid because NetworkPolicy uses a podSelector to choose the pods the policy applies to and it is a core part of the NetworkPolicy spec.

ingress is valid because NetworkPolicy can list ingress rules to declare allowed inbound traffic to the selected pods.
