The correct answer is Istio Ingress Gateway.

Istio Ingress Gateway uses Envoy as its data plane. The ingress gateway is deployed as an Envoy proxy in Kubernetes and it receives HTTP and HTTPS traffic then forwards that traffic to backend services according to Istio routing rules. The Istio control plane programs Envoy proxies with routing, TLS, and policy via the xDS APIs so Envoy is the actual forwarding data plane.
